How To Register
Step 1: Register with AAJ here.  Complimentary for NATLE members and ensures a namebadge (plus access to AAJ events and exhibit hall). 
Step 2: Reserve Your Room.  The link will also be in your AAJ registration confirmation. Don’t wait on this step, the AAJ room block fills up quickly and NATLE has no leverage. The NATLE meetings take place at the Hotel del Coronado alongside AAJ’s Winter Convention program.  Check your hotel confirmation for room cancellation policies.
Step 3:  Register for the NATLE program** (Early Bird rate: Oct 1 through mid-Dec).  The program begins on Saturday morning and adjourns by mid-afternoon on Sunday.  We hope this accommodates attendance by TLA staff who have responsibilities for state governmental affairs or need to attend the AAJ program.  Please direct all questions to Jennifer Smith, jsmith@natle.org. **NATLE does NOT sell its registration lists, so don't be fooled by phishing emails!

The NATLE Winter Meeting will be held at the Hotel del Coronado. Make your reservations early -- NATLE does NOT have anything to do with this room block!  (Link is available as part of the AAJ registration process.)

For those who are unable to secure a room at Hotel del Coronado, contact Urania Bradley at AAJ (urania.bradley@justice.org) to make a reservation at the Glorietta Bay Inn across the street from the Del.

Room blocks tend to fill up fast for these programs.

Step 1. register with AAJ (this gets you a nametag and any AAJ materials)
Step 2. reserve your room (AAJ registration confirmation will include link to room block).  Don’t wait on this step, the AAJ room block fills up quickly and NATLE has no leverage. The NATLE meetings take place at the Hotel del Coronado alongside AAJ’s Winter Convention program.  Check your hotel confirmation for room cancellation policies.

We hope you won’t but, if you must cancel, the NATLE cancellation policy applies to all paid meeting events, including social events. All cancellations or changes must be received in writing. Cancellations received on or before January 5 receive a refund for 100% of the registration fee paid.  Cancellations received between January 6 and January 20 receive credit for 50% of the registration fee paid.  We regret that due to guarantees required, no credit can be issued after January 20. Thank you for understanding that NATLE has provided guarantees to the property for F&B and your request for an exception to this policy will cause NATLE to incur unnecessary costs.
