NATLE Executive Director

Jennifer Smith became the executive director of the National Association of Trial Lawyer Executives (NATLE) in July of 2021.  She is not new to the TLA world having served as the Executive Director of the Vermont Trial Lawyers Association from 1993 to 2004 and then working for Dick Taylor at the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers (2004-2006). She took a brief change to work in academia before coming back. Jennifer came to NATLE with years of visionary leadership, non-profit management experience and a wonderful sense of humor.
