Registering for this and all NATLE events indicates that you have read and accepted NATLE's Code of Conduct.

All NATLE meetings will be held at the Hyatt Regency, Plaza Ballroom A/B.  You must register with AAJ (your AAJ registration confirmation will contain a link for making hotel reservations).  Register through the AAJ website to receive the block rate (~$292/night) at the conference hotel.  Don't wait on this step, the room block usually sells out.  Check confirmation notice for cancellation restrictions.

Consent to Use of Electronic Media
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, NATLE meetings, social events and other activities, constitutes an agreement by the registrant to allow NATLE to use and distribute (both now and in the future) the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, video, electronic reproductions and audio of such events and activities.

Upon completing this registration, you will be added to a private, NATLE member-only listserv of Chicago registrants to help you with any pre-con (and during-con!) arrangements. 

The NATLE cancellation policy applies to all paid meeting events, including social events.  All cancellations or changes must be received in writing.  Cancellations received on or before June 21, 2026, will receive 100% of the registration fee paid. Cancellations received between June 21 and July 8 will receive credit for 50% of the registration fee paid. We regret that due to guarantees required, no refunds will be given after July 8, 2026. Thank you for understanding that your request for an exception to this policy will hurt NATLE financially.
